| Mechanical
compression system |
The
dersign of machanical compression system can
be ensured for longer production runs.
Pressure rollers are made of special tool
steel that ensures uniform pressure application,
the double bearings are fitted,which minimize
wearing of the rollers. |

| Cam
design & lubrication |
| A
center lubrication system supplies oil continuously
to lower punches, while grease applied manually
lubricates upper punches. The ejection cam
is manufactured from apecial tool steel for
extended life, while a double sided liting
cam is provided. |

| Cleaning
and tool changeover |
| The
detachable panels can be removed easily, which
reveal the entire lower punch cams. which
reveal the entire lower punch cams. This allows
easy removal of the lower punches. |

| Upper
& Lower punch seals |
The
scrapers seals for the upper punches protect
tablets from oil drip, while the dust seals
on the lowers prevent the punches from binding
and reduce wear on the cam.
This combined with an efficient dust extraction
system allows prolonged run with little downtime
for cleaning. |

| The
machine is designed for double-layer tabletting
purpose with single-sided output, it can also
be easily converted for single layer tablet
production, but with double-sided output.
Both layers can also be easily converted for
single layer tablet production, but with double-sided
output. Both layers can be easily weight controlled
respectively. |
